By participating in the text messaging services offered by Trusted Roof, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions include and reference the general terms of use for www.trustedroof.com. They contain provisions regarding arbitration, class action waivers, and other critical details concerning your legal rights, responsibilities, and applicable limitations or exclusions.

How it Works:

All subscribers—both new and current—will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) on their mobile devices. These communications may include inquiries about your service requests, promotional offers, discounts, updates, and other relevant information. Upon enrollment, you'll be prompted to confirm your mobile number by responding to an initial message. Messages are delivered through automated systems to the mobile number you provided during registration. Please note that participation in this text program is completely optional and not required to purchase products or services from Trusted Roof. Standard message and data charges from your carrier may apply.

Trusted Roof offers this text messaging service without warranty, on an "as-is" basis. Service availability may vary depending on your location and carrier network. Changes to your wireless carrier's products, software updates, network coverage, or other modifications may affect the functionality or availability of this service.

Participant Requirements:

To use this service, you must:

(1) Own a mobile device capable of sending and receiving text messages (2) Subscribe to a compatible wireless carrier network (3) Have an active text messaging plan with your cellular provider. Please be aware that not all mobile carriers support this service. Consult your device's capabilities and your carrier's guidelines for specific messaging instructions.

Enrollment Acknowledgment

By enrolling to receive text messages from Trusted Roof, you confirm and agree that you: (1) are at least 18 years old, (2) have the authority to register the mobile number provided, and (3) accept responsibility for any messaging or data fees charged by your carrier resulting from your participation. Submitting your enrollment through our sign-up process confirms that you meet these requirements.

Participant Opt-Out or Help:

You can unsubscribe from this service whenever you choose. To stop receiving future messages, simply text STOP in response to any message you receive.

Costs:

Your mobile carrier will bill you their standard rate for each text message sent and received through this service, as specified in your wireless service plan. Depending on your subscription, message and data charges may apply. You are solely responsible for all associated fees and taxes. Privacy Policy:

Release of Claims; No Warranties:

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

By using Trusted Roof's text messaging service, you agree to release and not hold liable Trusted Roof, our SMS service provider, participating wireless carriers, and all of their respective representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any nature—including property damage, personal injury, or death—that may arise from your use of this service. This release also covers claims related to legal violations or infringement of rights, including but not limited to publicity rights violations, defamation, and privacy invasion. The Released Parties bear no responsibility for printing errors, typographical mistakes, or other technical errors in promotional materials related to this service. Wireless carriers and their subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees have no involvement in operating this service and assume no liability for any claims arising from your participation.

No Warranties

The Released Parties provide no guarantees and disclaim all warranties—whether express or implied—regarding any third-party offers or services associated with this program. This service is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty whatsoever, and the Released Parties specifically disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Technical Limitations

The Released Parties are not responsible for issues including but not limited to: technical malfunctions involving hardware, software, electronics, networks, telecommunications, or other communication systems; any type of errors or failures; transmission errors; network congestion; unavailable or lost network, telephone, or wireless connections; website, Internet, or ISP availability issues; unauthorized interference; inaccurate or incomplete data capture; failed, incomplete, corrupted, jumbled, or delayed message transmissions; any circumstances that may limit your ability to send or receive messages; or any damage to your mobile device or another person's device resulting from participation in this service.
