1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to trustedroof.com and any quotes, inspections, or services provided by Trusted Roof (“we,” “us”). By using our site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services & estimates

Online quotes/estimates are non-binding and based on information you provide. Final pricing may change after onsite inspection and material/labor verification.

Work scope, materials, schedule, and price will be defined in a written Proposal/Contract. If these Terms conflict with a signed Proposal/Contract, the Proposal/Contract controls.

You agree to provide safe access to the property and disclose hazards (e.g., asbestos, electrical, structural issues).

3. Scheduling, access, and changes

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, safety, or supply conditions.

You authorize us to photograph/video the roof for documentation and quality control; we may anonymize/blur addresses when using such media for training/portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

4. Payments

Payment terms, deposit, progress payments, and methods are specified in the Proposal/Contract.

Late payments may incur interest/fees as permitted by law. We may suspend work for non-payment.

5. Warranties

Workmanship warranty (if offered) and manufacturer warranties will be described in the Proposal/Contract.

Warranties are void for misuse, third-party alterations, lack of maintenance, or events beyond our control (storms/acts of God).

Routine maintenance remains the homeowner’s responsibility unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

6. Customer responsibilities

Obtain required HOA/condo approvals unless otherwise agreed.

Secure pets/children, clear access/driveways, and move fragile items from work areas.

Notify us of known leaks/structural issues before work begins.

7. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Trusted Roof or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

8. Third-party links & tools
We may link to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Marketing communications
With your consent, we may send promotional emails/SMS. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Transactional messages (appointments, updates) may still be sent.

10. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a signed contract, services and site content are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Roof is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or failure to provide accurate information or safe access.

13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflicts principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington, DC, or by binding arbitration if agreed in a Proposal/Contract. Class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with the new Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
